That’s where marketing comes in to the game. And, for some reason, people seem to think I’m good at marketing. I wonder if it’s because of my loud opinions about all the bad marketing I see out there….

If you have too many products, a lame brochure, a message that speaks to no one, and especially if you have no idea who your target market is, WHAT your target market wants, HOW you’re going to sell to them with competition in the marketplace, where your sales are coming from, and how much each customer can and should be spending on you….
I will tell you exactly what I think, and why. But I don’t leave you dry and empty. We fix it, TOGETHER.
Marketing consulting should never leave the business owner out of the process
Yes, you will be involved. We will look at your customer profiles, examine your competition, and pick your business apart until we find your UNIQUE competitive advantage, your brand promise and in some cases, what your product should be.
We’ll also need to look at your numbers. If we know where you are now, we’ll know how to get you to where you want to be.
BUT – it’s up to YOU to make change happen
I give a lot of advice, but I never take it personally when it’s not taken. That’s because it’s not about my business – I can have all the fun I want ‘my way’ with my own business.
That being said, a business owner who spends time and money having me come in to do a marketing plan, and then takes no initiative to implement it, is a business owner guilty at their own fault.
