As a Web developer in Vancouver, this project was, by far, the most extensive website I have worked on. It had continuous additions and improvements that went on for months. We originally thought it would start as a ‘simple’ website – but no, it got more exciting than that! What was great about it was […]
Looking for my WordPress Web development and strategy portfolio?
Below are links to a sampling of the web sites I've worked on (I've done more than this!). If you're looking for specific examples not listed here, let me know!
Please also note: after I hand over a 'pristine' website to my clients, they can do whatever they want with them. That means sometimes they'll make design or content decisions that I would not have done, or that I would not recommend. Sometimes this is obvious. Sometimes it's not. I've tried to note where these instances have happened below. But technically, they can happen on any site, and at any time. I don't monitor them daily!

*Please note that while the above websites were certainly worked on by myself, with my expertise in internet marketing, knowledge of web development and ability to execute on project management, they could not have been completed without the co-efforts of my amazing team of designers and developers. Also, some sites were made under the umbrella of agency partners, which is why you won't see my name in all of their footers :)
Plus! Check out some Web development case studies below!
I have to admit, when I got the design from Christina Paone for what would be the new non-profit Web site for the Canadian Association for International Nursing, I was really excited. It exceeded my expectations and surprised my own traditional thought of what a great Web design would be. I loved the modern-ness of […]
This company needed a fully functioning e-commerce system with a wholesale login component, an affiliate program and a gift registry. We were able to provide all of that plus create a French language version of the site. We also kept the blog, and informational pages to educate and market the product to visitors. View the […]
This site was a straight transfer of an HTML site made in Dreamweaver and put onto WordPress (yes, it’s possible!). Originally the goal was to SEO the site for a new Vancouver Tutoring Company who wanted to rank well on Search Engines. After analyzing the former site, it was agreed that while the look and […]
This site was done in partnership with Morgen Matheson, lead designer at Bespoke Creative (check her out at Bespokecreative.ca!). The mission was to help the transition of a Vancouver psychologist who was branching out on her own after being part of a joint practice for years. Sure enough, the old site needed some help, and […]
This Calgary company had a web site stuck in 1990, and it was not expressing the large corporation they were part of, or the millions in sales they make. They needed a fresh look, and a more modern way of displaying their data. Clean navigation and site architecture were also taken into consideration, to make […]
This Vancouver art gallery wanted to keep their minimalistic web site design to maintain focus on their fine art pieces. However, their old site was lacking 3 very important things, which they needed to move their operation online: 1) An easy way to update 2) An e-commerce system and 3) a blog and social media […]
Before its complete redesign and rebuild, this web site was in need of a professional upgrade Using a free template from a hosting provider, the problems that needed to be fixed included the following (and the before and after shots will say more than a thousand words about this too!): Site navigation was lost when […]
While I worked for my former employer, I sold and project managed the site development, Internet marketing implementation and functionality. This site was running on an e-commerce system and needed WordPress integration for e-marketing purposes. Today I still contributes to continual marketing efforts, including SEO, article and press release writing, e-commerce management, social media and […]
Previously this site was so hard to use, the owner couldn’t upload a pdf! The manual was in broken English and the blog led to another page, losing navigation to the rest of the site! And so, the site was rebuilt using the same graphics. The owner was ecstatic at how easy it is to make changes! New features were added, like the moving slider, social media icons, home page case studies, and then some!
